Breakfasts at Heaven Scent, 2004-2021

Always freshly homemade. More and more organic as things became available over the years, so, by 2017, all dairy, flours, grains and any berries. Breakfast started with juice and fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and then a hot entree, either savory eggs or something with maple syrup, and included bacon, sausage or ham. With eggs, there were homemade breads. House specialties included eggs Benedict, baked apple pancake, artichoke-potato tortilla, multi-grain buttermilk pancakes with pecans or blueberries, vegetable frittatas, quiche, cheese soufflé, and French-style omelets (not brown! soft and moist - but oven-finished for anyone wanting them more set).
