All prices - room rates and meals - are quoted before the imposition of Virginia's 5% sales tax. There is no hotel or restaurant tax in our location.

Please be sure to read our Policies before initiating a reservation, which you may do through our online reservation system.

Rooms

Upstairs:

The Upstairs Suite: 2 queen-bedded rooms sharing a bathroom. The Blue Room now has a twin bed as well.
Monday-Thursday: $200/night for up to 4 guests
Friday or Sunday: $240/night for up to 4 guests
Saturday: $260/night for up to 4 guests
Weekend special! 2 nights for $480 for up to 4 guests
Rose or Blue Room alone, for one to two guests
Monday-Thursday: $125/night for up to 4 guests
Friday or Sunday: $140/night for one or two guests.
Saturday: $150/night for one or two guests.
Weekend special! 2 nights for $260 for one or two guests.
Upstairs Rooms: $30/night additional for a third guest (child only in the Rose Room, child or adult in the Blue Room)
Blue Room only: $30/night additional for a pet. MUST be approved in advance.

Ground floor:

The Italian Room: king bed, private bathroom, for one or two adults
Sunday-Friday: $145
Saturday: $165
Weekend special! Stay 2 nights for $285
An additional guest is not possible in this room

Extra Meals

Dinner: average price $30 - $40 per person, but depends upon the menu, which we will agree upon together. Email your inquiry, or phone.

Scandinavian lunch: $25 per person (for a buffet of at least 12 dishes), BYOB.

Afternoon tea: $16 per person.

Gift Certificates

We honor gift certificates issued by the Bed and Breakfast Association of Virginia.

We also issue our own gift certificates. A wonderful present for friends, family, or colleagues! You may purchase a gift certificate to cover the full and exact cost of one or more room nights or meal packages, or may purchase gift certificates in any amount of $50 or more. Our gift certificates are valid through the following calendar year's season and are transferable (through us only, please, to ensure the authenticity of the certificate). We will notify the recipient by post and email or as you prefer, with an attractive card showing a few photos of the property.
