All prices - room rates and meals - are quoted before the imposition of Virginia's 5% sales tax. There is no hotel or restaurant tax in our location.

Our 2008 season runs from May 6 to November 11.
We are fully booked July 4-5 and August 1-2, 2008. All other nights have some availability. Sold-out dates will be posted here throughout the season.
Rooms
Upstairs:
For advance reservations and all holiday and festival periods, the upstairs rooms are booked only as a suite.
For immediate arrival, for non-holiday Monday-Thursday nights, and for Friday-Sunday nights booked Thursday of the same week or later, a single room may be taken. On dates with great local demand (weddings as well as public festivals and holidays), when a single room is booked, it will be with the possibility of sharing the bathroom. In normal periods, we will not book the second room to an unrelated party.
- The Upstairs Suite: 2 queen-bedded rooms sharing a bathroom
- Monday-Thursday: $180/night for up to 4 guests
- Friday-Sunday: $200/night for up to 4 guests
- Additional child, sleeping on Rose Room window seat: $30/night
Ground floor:
- The Italian Room: king bed, private bathroom
- $135 the first night, for one or two adults
- $125 for additional nights
- An additional guest is not possible in this room
- The Mainfloor Suite: king bed, private bath, sunroom
- Two nights: $340
- Three nights: $500
- Available from May 6 to July 8 and in November.
- A two-night minimum applies for the Suite; three-night minimum for Memorial Day, Independence Day and the Oyster Festival.
Extra Meals
Dinner: average price $30 - $40 per person, but depends upon the menu, which we will agree upon together. Email your inquiry, or phone.
Scandinavian lunch: $25 per person (for a buffet of at least 12 dishes), BYOB.
Afternoon tea: $16 per person.
