Breakfast

Always freshly homemade, and mostly organic: all dairy, flours, grains and any berries always. Breakfast starts with juice and fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and then a hot entree, either savory eggs or something with maple syrup. Bacon, sausage or ham will always be offered. With eggs, there will be homemade breads. If you don't wish a hot breakfast, homemade granola and yogurt are on hand. I appreciate knowing what you most enjoy and what you might avoid, and will gladly plan around any special diet. House specialties include eggs Benedict, baked apple pancake, artichoke-potato tortilla, multi-grain buttermilk pancakes with pecans or blueberries, vegetable frittatas, quiche, cheese soufflé, and French-style omelets (not brown! soft and moist - but will cook to your order).
